At Sarabloh, we believe every young person deserves a real shot at a good job, no matter where they grow up. Our digital workforce program gives Indigenous youth aged 15 to 21 the training, paid work experience, and tools they need to step into today's job market with confidence.
Every participant who completes the program gets to keep a laptop or device. The skills and tools stay in the community, building capacity that lasts long after the program ends.

Sign up and show up. No prior experience, no technology background needed. Everyone starts from the same place.
Learn Digital Skills That Get You Hired
Six weeks of hands-on training. AI tools, digital marketing, data basics, how to run online workflows, and how to communicate professionally in digital workplaces. Practical. Applicable. Real.
Build a Portfolio of Real Work
Every participant completes actual projects they can show to employers. Not just certificates. Real examples of real work, that is what opens doors.
Start Your Paid Work Placement
Eight weeks of paid work with a real employer. Structured mentorship, weekly check-ins, and support throughout. This is actual employment experience, not a simulation.
Complete the Program
Finish training and your paid placement. Leave with a certificate, a work reference, and a portfolio showing what you built and what you can do.
Equipment & Internship Pathway
Module completers receive laptops and devices. Nations then access a 6–8 month paid internship program directed at building your Nation's own capacity — not just individual placements.
